Happy September

Well here we are. Happy September to everyone. Very excited to be open in Stepaside. I must say there is a wonderful atmosphere here in the village.

September is a great month to get started. The kids are back at school and lots of us are making resolutions to get healthier.

The doctor's surgery is not a bad place to start. I try my best to encourage patients to come in for full medical each year. This gives us an opportunity to look at a patient's overall health and to screen for potential problems down the road, many of which can be minimised or averted.

Think about investing some time in exploring your health status and see if there are any improvements to be made.
