BABY VACCINATIONS ARE CONTINUING AS NORMAL
Please be sure not to miss your appointment for baby vaccinations. Babies are more at risk of meningitis and other diseases than corona virus. If vaccination levels fall , we risk a measles or other outbreak. The waiting room is empty and when you attend , you will be seen quickly or advised to return to your car until the nurse is ready. After vaccination, you will be advised to stay in your car for 10 minutes to ensure your baby has no reaction. If this pandemic reminds us of one thing, it is the huge protection that vaccination has given us to deadly diseases.
To minimise attendances, we are carrying out 6 weeks checks on the same day as the 2 month vaccines. We are available for telephone consultations and can try and resolve issues by phone where possible.
