Housecalls

Most problems are best dealt with in the surgery where there is a full range of equipment. However, if you have a situation that you feel warrants a home visit please phone the surgery to discuss with Dr. Grant.

Out of Hours Cover

Edoc provides cover between 6pm and 8am Monday to Friday and covers 24hours at the weekend and bank holidays. Attendance is by appointment only and house calls are provided if deemed necessary. Ph 012234500

Appointments

We operate an appointment system in the practice. Please phone or email .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) to make an appointment. Appointments are allocated in 15min slots please let reception know if you require a longer appointment time i.e. a full medical examination.

Telephone calls to the doctor - if the receptionist is able to assist you with your query it will be dealt with immediately otherwise a message will be taken for your doctor who will return your call.

Accounts / Bills

Payment is necessary at each medical visit. We cannot offer credit. The fee payable is at the doctor's discretion. For your convenience we accept cash, cheques, Laser, Visa and Mastercard.

We also provide services that are covered by VHI, Quinn Healthcare and Vivas Health. You will be advised if the service you require is covered by your health insurance provider.
